摘要:
目的：观察养心定悸胶囊治疗扩张型心肌病合并心律失常患者的临床疗效。方法：将80例患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组40例。对照组给予常规治疗，观察组在此基础上给予养心定悸胶囊，6粒/次，2次/d治疗。对比2组临床疗效及治疗前后左心室舒张末期内径、左心室收缩末期内径、左心室射血分数、房性早搏、室性早搏、ST段下移变化，对比腹泻、干咳、咽痒等不良反应发生情况。结果：总有效率观察组为95.00%，对照组为72.50%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。左心室舒张末期内径、左心室收缩末期内径、左心室射血分数、房性早搏、室性早搏、ST段下移等指标治疗前后2组组内比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗后2组组间比较差异也有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。不良反应发生率观察组为10.00%，对照组为30.00%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：给予扩张型心肌病合并心律失常患者养心定悸胶囊治疗，可提高患者心脏功能，缓解病症，降低不良反应发生率，疗效显著。
Abstract:
Objective：To observe clinical effects of YangXin DingJi capsules in treating dilated cardiomyopathy accompanying arrhythmia. Methods: Eighty patients were randomly separated into the observation group and the control group, 40 cases each group. The control group accepted routine therapy, and the observation group YangXin DingJi capsules, six pills each time, twice each day. Clinical effects, ST-segment depression, premature ventricular contraction (PVC), atrial premature beats (APB), left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), left ventricular end-systolic dimension(LVESD) and left ventricular end diastolic dimension (LVDD) were compared between both groups, the incidences of adverse reactions including diarrhea, dry cough, pharyngeal itching were compared. Results: Total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%, higher than 72.50% of the control group, and the difference had statistical meaning(P＜0.05). The difference was statistically significant in the comparisons of ST-segment depression, PVC, APB, LVEF, LVESD and LVDD within two groups before and after treating(P＜0.05); the difference showed statistical meaning in the comparisons between both groups after treating(P＜0.05). The incidence of adverse reaction of the observation group was 10.00%, lower than 30.00% of the control group, and the difference showed statistical meaning between both groups(P＜0.05). Conclusion: YangXin DingJi capsules given to the patients suffering dilated cardiomyopathy accompanying arrhythmia could raise heart function, mitigate the disease, decrease the incidence of adverse reaction with notable effects.
