摘要:
目的：观察个性化护理对2型糖尿病伴慢性牙周炎患者临床疗效及生活质量的影响。方法：将112例患者随机分为对照组和观察组，每组56例，所有患者均给予综合支持治疗及常规护理，观察组同时给予个性化护理。观察2组干预前后牙龈指数(GI)、探诊深度(PD)、附着丧失(CAL)牙周指标及空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)和生活质量的变化情况，以及临床疗效。结果：GI、PD、CAL、FPG、HbA1c及生理功能、疼痛和不适、心理状态及行为状态评分干预前后2组组内比较，差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；干预后2组组间比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。总有效率观察组为85.71%，对照组为66.07%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：个性化护理能显著提高2型糖尿病伴慢性牙周炎患者临床疗效，改善其生活质量。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe the effects of individualized nursing on clinical effects and quality of life of the patients suffering type two diabetes mellitus accompanying chronic peridentitis. Methods: All 112 patients were randomized into the control group and the observation group, 56 cases each group, all the patients were given comprehensive supportive therapy and conventional nursing, and the observation group individualized nursing. Clinical effects, the changes of quality of life, glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c), fasting plasma glucose(FPG), the periodontal index of clinical attachment loss (CAL), probing depth (PD) and gingival index (GI) of both groups were observed before and after the intervention. Results: The difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons of GI, PD, CAL, FPG, HbA1c, physiological function, pain, discomfort, mental state and behavioral state scores within two groups before and after the intervention (P＜0.05); the difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons between both groups after the intervention (P＜0.05). Total effective rate of the observation group was 85.71%, higher than 66.07% of the control group, and there was a significant difference (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Individualized nursing could notably raise clinical effects and improve quality of life of the patients suffering type two diabetes mellitus accompanying chronic peridentitis.
