摘要:
目的：观察祛瘀生骨汤结合中医情志护理及功能锻炼在早期股骨头坏死中的应用价值。方法：将股骨头坏死行保守治疗的患者80例按照随机数字表法分为2组各40例，对照组实施常规护理，观察组在对照组护理的基础上加强情志护理，并结合功能锻炼指导，比较干预后2组患者血浆S-100B蛋白及NSE水平变化情况，干预前后2组患者Harris髋关节评分以及坏死股骨头恢复情况。结果：干预后观察组患者血浆S-100B蛋白及神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)水平均低于对照组(P＜0.05)；干预后观察组患者Harris髋关节评分优于干预前及对照组(P＜0.05)；观察组患者卧床及住院时间、使用助步器时间短于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：祛瘀生骨汤配合中医情志护理能改善早期股骨头坏死患者神经系统功能，改善髋关节恢复情况，促进患者早日康复。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe application value of QuYu ShengGu decoction combined with TCM emotional care and functional exercise in early femoral head necrosis. Methods: Eighty patients who accepted conservative therapy were divided into two groups using random number table method, 40 cases each group, the control group received conventional care, and the observation group emotional care based on the control group, combined with functional exercise, the levels of NSE and S-100B albumen of the patients after the intervention, the recovery of necrotic femoral head and Harris hip joint scores of both groups were compared. Results: After the intervention, the levels of S-100B albumen and NSE of the observation group were lower than these of the control group(P＜0.05); after the intervention, Harris hip joint scores of the observation group were better than these before intervention and these of the control group after the intervention (P＜0.05); the observation group was shorter than the control group in bedrest time, hospitalization time and the time of using walker(P＜0.05). Conclusion: QuYu ShengGu decoction combined with TCM emotional care could improve neurological function of the patients with early femoral head necrosis and the recovery conditions of hip joint, and promote early rehabilitation of the patients.
