摘要:
石国璧教授认为便秘病位在大肠，但其病因病机与寒热虚实及诸脏腑功能都有密切联系，特别是肺、脾、肾、肝4脏，概况起来主要表现在脾胃虚弱、肺失肃降、气机郁滞、痰结阻络等10个方面，临证时以相应十法治之。
Abstract:
Professor Shi Guobi thinks that constipation is located at large intestine, and the cause and pathogenesis are closely related to cold, heat, deficiency and excess and viscera, especially lung, spleen, kidney and liver, to sum up, main manifestations contained ten aspects of spleen and stomach deficiency, lung failing downbearing, depression and stagnation of Qi, phlegm accumulation blocking collaterals and others, he treated the disease with the corresponding methods in clinic.
