目的:建立维吾尔药石榴籽的质量控制标准,为药用植物资源的开发和利用提供可靠的科学依据。方法:从不同产地收集10批石榴籽样品,对各产地的石榴籽的横切面和粉末进行显微鉴别。以没食籽酸和鞣花酸为对照品,对来自不同产地10批石榴籽进行薄层鉴别,测定样品中的浸出物、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分和水分。采用高效液相色谱法对石榴籽中没食籽酸成分进行含量测定。结果:通过对每一批石榴籽进行性状、显微特征的描述,制订了石榴籽中没食籽酸和鞣花酸为薄层色谱鉴别方法。石榴籽的检查项中暂订水分不得超过7%,总灰分不得超过9%,酸不溶性灰分不得超过2%,浸出物不得低于11%。确定了石榴籽中没食籽酸的含量测定方法,并根据测定结果暂订本品中含没食籽酸干品不得低于11.8 mg/g,鲜品不得低于155.0 mg/g。结论:本研究建立的方法可有效控制石榴籽的质量。

Objective:To provide the reliable scientific evidence for the development and utilization of medicinal plants by establishing the standard for quality standard of uygur medicine ShiLiuZi (semen puicae granati). Methods: Ten batches of ShiLiuZi were collected from different producing areas, cross section and powder of ShiLiuZi from different producing areas were identified under the microscope. Gallic acid and ellagic acid were chosen as the control, ten batches of ShiLiuZi from different producing areas were identified by TLC, to measure the extract, total ash, acid-insoluble ash and moisture content, the contents of gallic acid in ShiLiuZi were determined by HPLC. Results: Through describing the nature, property and microscopic characteristics, TLC methods for gallic acid and ellagic acid were established. The provisional check items of ShiLiuZi were moisture contents no more than 7%, total ash no more than 9%, acid-insoluble ash no more than 2% and the extract no less than 11%, the determination method for gallic acid was confirmed, according to the provisional results, the contents of gallic acid in dried product should be no less than 11.8 mg/g, the contents in the fresh ones should be no lower than 155.0mg/g. Conclusion: The method established in the study could effectively control the quality of ShiLiuZi.
