摘要:
目的：观察热痹方联合甲氨蝶呤片治疗湿热痹阻型类风湿性关节炎(RA)的临床疗效。方法：将60例患者随机分为对照组和观察组，每组30例。2组均给予甲氨蝶呤片10 mg/次，口服，1次/周；观察组同时服用热痹方1剂/d，口服，2次/d，2组均连续治疗20周。观察2组临床疗效及治疗前后关节疼痛指数、关节肿胀指数、关节晨僵持续时间、VAS评分、类风湿因子（RF）、C反应蛋白（CRP）、血沉（ESR）及抗环瓜氨酸肽抗体（CCP）等指标的变化情况。结果：总有效率观察组为86.67%，对照组为70.00%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。关节疼痛指数、肿胀指数、晨僵时间、VAS评分、RF、CRP、ESR、CCP治疗前后2组组内比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗后相同时间点组间比较差异也有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：热痹方联合甲氨蝶呤治疗湿热痹阻型RA临床疗效显著，可有效改善临床表现及实验室理化指标。
Abstract:
Objective：To observe clinical effects of heat arthralgia prescription joined with methotrexate in the treatment for rheumatoid arthritis (RA) of damp-heat blocking pattern. Methods: Sixty patients were randomized into the control group and the observation group, 30 cases each group. Both groups took methotrexate orally 10 mg each time, once each week, the observation group took heat arthralgia prescription simultaneously, one dose each day, twice each day both groups were treated for 20 weeks consecutively. To observe clinical effects, joint pain index, joint swelling indexes, morning stiffness time duration, VAS scores, RF, CRP, ESR, CCP and others of both groups. Results: Total effective rate of the observation group was 86.67%, higher than 70.00% of the control group, and the difference showed statistical meaning (P＜0.05). The difference was statistically significant in joint pain index, swelling index, morning stiffness time, VAS scores, RF, CRP, ESR and CCP within two groups before and after treating (P＜0.05); the difference had statistical meaning in these indexes between both groups after treating at the same time point (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Heat arthralgia prescription joined with methotrexate could gain notable effects in the treatment for RA of damp-heat blocking pattern, which could effectively improve clinical manifestations and lab physical and chemical indexes.
