摘要:: 目的：观察自拟清肺汤联合西药治疗慢性咳嗽的临床疗效和可能的作用机制。方法：将慢性咳嗽风邪束肺型患者48例随机分为治疗组和对照组各24例。2组均口服孟鲁斯特钠治疗，治疗组在此基础上加服自拟清肺汤，1剂/d，水煎服，2组疗程均为18天。观察2组患者治疗前后临床症状积分与起效时间及临床疗效。结果：总有效率对照组为66.7%，治疗组为91.7%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01)。治疗后治疗组起效时间快于对照组，临床症状积分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：自拟清肺汤联和孟鲁斯特钠可降低风邪束肺型慢性咳嗽患者气道高反应，缩短病程，减轻咳嗽并发症，疗效优于单纯孟鲁斯特钠。

Abstract:: Objective: To investigate clinical effects of lung-clearing decoction combined with Western medicine in the treatment for chronic cough and the potential mechanism. Methods: All 48 patients suffering chronic cough of wind restraining lung pattern were randomized into the treatment group and the control group, 24 cases each group. Both groups took montelukast sodium tablets, the treatment group were given lung-clearing decoction, one dose each day, water decocted, the course was 18 days for both groups. To compare the scores of clinical symptoms, onset time and curative effects before and after treating. Results: Total effective rate of the control group was 66.7%, lower than 91.7% of the treatment group, and the difference could be found between both groups (P＜0.05). After treating, the treatment group was quicker than the control group in onset time, lower than the control group in the scores of clinical symptoms, and the difference showed statistical meaning (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Lung-clearing decoction combined with Western medicine could decrease airway hyperresponsivenes, shorten the duration of the disease and mitigate the complications of cough, and the combination is superior to only montelukast sodium tablets.
