摘要:: 从隐喻翻译遭遇约定俗成、保留中医藏象隐喻不代表音译和直译及中医语言的模糊性带来的翻译困难3方面入手探讨中医藏象隐喻翻译问题，指出近年来随着中医隐喻研究的加深，中医藏象语言的隐喻性已经逐渐被学者所了解，一些中医译者也努力尝试在翻译上反映这种隐喻性。然而在翻译过程中一些约定俗成的翻译习惯，不合适的翻译策略以及中医隐喻的模糊性都成为藏象隐喻翻译的障碍，因此，中医译者要根据中医语言文化研究的深入，不断找到新的切入点，修补和完善已有的翻译，为中医文化传播贡献自己的力量。

Abstract:: The problems in metaphor translation of visceral manifestation theory were surveyed from metaphor translation confronting some common translation habits, retaining the metaphor in TCM visceral manifestations not meaning transliteration and literal translation, and the fuzziness of TCM language bring the translation difficulty, it was pointed out that, with the deepening of the study of metaphor in TCM in the recent years, the metaphors in the language of TCM visceral manifestation theory have been investigated by the scholars gradually, some TCM translators have tried to reflect the metaphor in the translation. However, in the process of translation, some common translation habits, inappropriate translation strategies and the fuzziness of TCM metaphors have become the obstacles for the translation of the metaphor in visceral manifestation theory, hence, TCM translator should find the new breakthrough point constantly, mend and prefect the translation according to the further study on TCM language and culture, so as to contribute their own power for the transmission of TCM culture.
