摘要:
目的：观察回生胶囊配合化疗治疗急性髓系白血病(AML)的临床疗效。方法：将255例患者随机按3∶1比例分为2组。观察组189例，给予回生胶囊配合化疗治疗；对照组66例，给予单纯化疗。治疗期间，2组均给予相同中西医结合支持治疗措施。治疗结束后比较2组有效率及生存时间。结果：观察组完全缓解144例(76.19%)，部分缓解20例(10.58%)，总有效率为86.77%；对照组完全缓解39例(59.09%)，部分缓解15例(22.73%)，总有效率为81.82%。2组总有效率比较，差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。2组CR率比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。观察组M3 CR率高于M2、M4及M6，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)，观察组中成人组CR率高于儿童组及老年组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)，观察组随访患者中位生存时间长于对照组随访患者，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。骨髓抑制、消化道反应、发热、感染等毒副反应发生率对照组高于观察组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：回生胶囊配合化疗治疗AML能提高完全缓解率，减轻毒副反应，提高疗效、改善预后、延长生存期。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of Huisheng capsules combined with chemotherapy in the treatment for acute myeloid leukemia (AML). Methods: All 255 patients were allocated to two groups randomly in the proportion of 3 to 1. All 189 patients in the observation group were given Huisheng capsules combined with chemotherapy ; while 66 cases of the control group accepted chemotherapy only. During therapeutic period, both groups received supportive treatment measures of integrative medicine, by the end of the treatment, to compare the effective rate and survival time between both groups. Results: There were 144 cases completely relieved (76.19%), and 20 cases partly relieved (10.58%), total effective rate of the observation group was 86.77%; 39 cases CR (59.09%), 15 cases PR (22.73%), total effective rate of the control group was 81.82%. The difference had no statistical meaning in total effective rates between both groups (P＞0.05). The difference showed statistical meaning in CR rates between both groups (P＜0.05). CR rate at M3 was higher that. that at M2, M4 and M6 in the observation group, and the different persented statistical meaning (P＜0.05), adult CR rate was higher that the rate in children group and the elderly group in the objervation group, and the different showed statistical meaning (P＜0.05), the observation group was higher than the control group in median survival time of the followed patients, and the difference showed statistical meaning (P＜0.05). The control group was higher than the observation group in the incidences of toxic and side reactions including bone marrow arresting, gastrointestinal reaction, fever, infection and others, and the difference had statistical meaning (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Huisheng capsules combined with chemotherapy in the treatment for AML could raise CR rate, relieve toxic and side reaction, lift clinical effects, improve the prognosis and prolong survival period.
