摘要:
目的：观察氟桂利嗪联合血府逐瘀汤加减治疗偏头痛的临床疗效及对血管内皮功能、血流动力学的影响。方法：将72例患者按就诊顺序随机分为观察组、对照组，每组36例。对照组于每晚睡前口服氟桂利嗪治疗，每次10 mg，观察组同时以血府逐瘀汤加减治疗，15天后比较2组的临床治疗效果。结果：总有效率观察组为94.44%(34/36)，对照组为77.78%(28/36)，2组比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；血浆内皮素水平及最大峰值流速、平均流速、血管阻力指数、搏动指数治疗前后2组组内比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗后组间比较差异也有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：氟桂利嗪联合血府逐瘀汤加减治疗偏头痛的临床效果显著优于单纯使用氟桂利嗪治疗，其作用机制可能与改善血管内皮功能以及血流动力学相关。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of flunarizine and modified Xuefu Zhuyu decoction in the treatment for migraine and its influence on vascular endothelial function and hemodynamics. Methods: Seventy-two patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group in light of visiting order, 36 cases each group. The control group took flunarizine orally before sleep in the evening, 10 mg each time, the observation group was given Xuefu Zhuyu decoction, to compare clinical effects between both groups in 15 days. Results: Total effective rate of the observation group was 94.44% (34/36), higher than 77.78% of the control group (28/36), and the difference presented statistical meaning (P＜0.05); the difference had statistical meaning in the levels of plasma endothelin, maximum peak velocity, mean flow rate, vascular resistance index and pulsatility index within two groups before and after treating (P＜0.05); the difference showed statistical meaning between both groups after treating (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Flunarizine and modified Xuefu Zhuyu decoction in the treatment for migraine are significantly superior to only flunarizine, and its mechanism might be related to improving vascular endothelial function and hemodynamics.
