摘要:
目的：探讨参芪扶正注射液联合西医常规治疗对颅脑恶性肿瘤手术患者术后机体免疫功能的影响。方法：选择接受颅脑恶性肿瘤手术的患者92例，随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组患者给予术后常规西医治疗，观察组患者在对照组治疗的基础上给予参芪扶正注射液治疗。比较2组患者治疗前后免疫指标CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD3+/CD8+的水平以及外周血白细胞(WBC)、红细胞(RBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)、血小板(PLT)水平，并比较2组患者治疗后2年累积生存率。结果：治疗后，所有患者的免疫指标CD3+、CD4+、CD3+/CD8+水平均高于治疗前，且观察组患者的免疫指标CD3+、CD4+、CD3+/CD8+水平均高于对照组；所有患者的外周血WBC、RBC、Hb、PLT水平均低于治疗前，且观察组患者的外周血WBC、RBC、Hb、PLT水平均高于对照组；观察组患者治疗后2年累积生存率明显高于对照组。以上差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：参芪扶正注射液联合西医常规治疗对颅脑恶性肿瘤手术患者术后机体免疫功能具有良好的改善作用，可以改善患者预后。
Abstract:
Objective: To discuss the effects of Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined with conventional therapy of Western medicine on body immune function of the patients who accepted the surgery of craniocerebral malignant tumor. Methods: All 92 patients who accepted the surgery of craniocerebral malignant tumor were chosen and randomized into the observation group and the control group, the patients in the control group were given conventional therapy of Western medicine, and the ones in the observation group received Shenqi Fuzheng injection based on conventional therapy of Western medicine. To compare the levels of immune indexes such as CD3+, CD4+, CD8+ and CD3+/CD8+ before and after treating between both groups, and the levels of WBC, RBC, Hb and PLT in peripheral blood, and compare cumulative survival conditions within two years after treating between both groups. Results: After treating, the levels of CD3+, CD4+ and CD3+/CD8+ of all the patients were higher than these before treating, and the observation group was higher than the control group in the levels of CD3+, CD4+ and CD3+/CD8+; and the levels of WBC, RBC, Hb and PLT in peripheral blood of all the patients were lower than these before treating, and the observation group was higher than the control group in the levels of WBC, RBC, Hb and PLT in peripheral blood; the observation group was obviously higher than the control group in cumulative survival conditions within two years after treating, and the differences above could be found (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined with conventional therapy of Western medicine could improve body immune function and the prognosis of the patients who accepted the surgery of craniocerebral malignant tumor.
