摘要:
目的：观察中西医结合护理对重症肺炎的干预效果。方法：将80例患者随机分为观察组、对照组各40例。对照组给予常规护理干预，观察组给予中西医结合护理干预，比较2组护理满意率、肺部感染控制时间、退热时间、呼吸功能、血气指标。结果：护理满意度观察组为92.5%，对照组为87.5%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；2组肺部感染控制时间、退热时间比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。呼吸功能、血气指标干预前后2组组内比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；干预后2组组间比较差异也有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：中西医结合护理干预有助于提高重症肺炎患者的护理满意率，改善呼吸功能和血气指标，缩短肺部感染控制时间、退热时间。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe the intervention effects of integrative medicine nursing on severe pneumonia (SP). Methods: Eighty patients were randomly allocated to the observation group and the control group, 40 cases each group, the control group adopted conventional nursing intervention, and the observation group integrative medicine nursing, to compare nursing satisfactory degree, respiratory function, blood gas indexes, controlling time of pulmonary infection, the time of bringing down the fever and others. Results: Nursing satisfactory degree of the observation group was 92.5%, higher than 87.5% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05); the difference had statistical meaning in the controlling time of pulmonary infection and the time of bringing down the fever between both groups (P＜0.05). There was a significant difference in respiratory function and blood gas indexes within two groups before and after intervention (P＜0.05); the difference was statistically significant in the comparisons between both groups after the intervention (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Integrative medicine nursing is helpful to lift nursing satisfactory degree of the patients, improve respiratory function and blood gas indexes, shorten the controlling time of pulmonary infection and the time of bringing down the fever.
