摘要:
目的：探讨精细化管理在老年科护理安全中的应用效果。方法：将116例患者随机分为2组，每组58例。对照组给予常规护理安全管理措施，观察组给予精细化护理安全管理措施，记录2组的护理不良事件发生率、综合护理质量评分、患者满意度并进行分析。结果：不良事件发生率观察组为3.5%，对照组为13.8%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。基础护理质量、病区管理、急救物品管理等评分2组比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。患者满意率观察组为96.5%，对照组为86.2%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：实施精细化护理安全管理措施能降低护理不良事件发生率，提高病区综合护理质量及患者满意度。
Abstract:
Objective: To discuss the application effects of fine management to nursing safety in geriatric department. Methods: A total of 116 patients were assigned into two groups, 58 cases each group. The control group were given conventional nursing safety management measures, and the observation group fine nursing safety management measures, to record and analyze the incidence of nursing adverse events, the scores of comprehensive nursing quality and the patients′ satisfactory degree. Results: The incidence of adverse event in the observation group was 3.5%, lower than 13.8% of the control group, and the difference showed statistical meaning (P＜0.05). The difference was statistically significant in the scores of the quality of basic nursing, ward management and first aid materials (P＜0.05). The patients′ satisfactory degrees in the observation group was 96.5%, higher than 86.2% of the control group, and the difference showed statistical meaning (P＜0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of fine nursing safety management measures could decrease the incidence of nursing adverse events, raise the quality of ward comprehensive nursing and the patients′ s satisfactory degree.
