摘要:
目的：探讨中药烫熨疗法联合康复护理干预对中风后肩部疼痛患者运动功能恢复的影响。方法：选取中风后肩痛患者136例，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组68例，对照组患者给予中风后常规护理，观察组患者在常规护理的基础上，给予中药烫熨联合康复护理干预，包括心理干预、宣传教育及功能锻炼，比较2组患者的运动功能、疼痛评分、患者及其家属满意度。结果：观察组患者运动功能总有效率和疼痛改善情况显著高于对照组（P＜0.05），患者及家属满意程度与对照组相比未见明显差异（P＞0.05）。结论：中风后肩痛患者给予中药烫熨联合康复护理干预，可显著提高运动功能的康复疗效，有效缓解患者肩部疼痛，具有一定的临床应用价值。
Abstract:
Objective: To discuss herbal ironing combined with rehabilitation nursing intervention on functional recovery of the patients with post-stroke shoulder pain. Methods: All 136 patients with post-stroke shoulder pain who needed rehabilitation nursing were selected and allocated to the control group and the observation group using random number table method, 68 cases each group, the control group accepted post-stroke conventional nursing, and the observation group herbal ironing combined with rehabilitation nursing intervention based on conventional nursing, which contained psychological intervention, publicity and education, functional training and others, to compare motor function, pain scores, the patients′ and family members′ satisfactory degree between both groups. Results: The observation group was higher than the control group in total effective rate of motor function and pain improvements (P＜0.05). and no obvious difference could be found in the patients′ and family members′ satisfactory degree compared with the control group(P＞0.05). Conclusion: Herbal ironing combined with rehabilitation nursing intervention for the patients with post-stroke shoulder pain could notably improve rehabilitation effects of motor function, effectively relieve shoulder pain and possess certain clinical application value.
