摘要:
目的：观察十味玉泉片与二甲双胍联合治疗初发2型糖尿病(T2DM)的疗效及安全性。方法：将初发T2DM患者60例随机分为2组各30例。对照组在控制饮食的基础上口服二甲双胍0.5 g，3次/d。观察组在此基础上服用十味玉泉片4片，4次/d，4周为1个疗程,共12周。检测2组患者治疗前后空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2小时血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、体质指数(BMI)及血脂的改善情况，并观察不良反应发生情况。结果：治疗后2组患者FPG、2hPG、HbA1c、BMI及血脂水平较治疗前下降,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)，观察组下降程度高于对照组(P＜0.05)。2组均未发现不良反应。结论：十味玉泉片与二甲双胍联合能有效改善初发T2DM患者血糖、血脂水平，且安全可靠。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects and the safety of Shiwei Yuquan tablets combined with melbine (DMBG) in the treatment for newly diagnosed type two diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Methods: Sixty patients were randomized into two groups, 30 cases each group. The control group took DMBG based on dieting, 0.5 g, three times each time. The observation group took Shiwei Yuquan tablets, four tablets, four times each day, four weeks were one course, for 12 weeks. To detect FPG, 2 h PG, HbA1c, BMI and the improvement of blood lipid of both groups before and after treating, and observe the incidence of adverse reaction. Results: After treating, the levels of FPG, 2 hPG, HbA1c, BMI and blood lipid of both groups reduced compared with before treating, the difference had statistical meaning(P＜0.05), the decrease of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference could be found(P＜0.05). No adverse reaction happened. Conclusion: Shiwei Yuquan tablets combined with DMBG could effectively improve the levels of blood glucose and blood lipid of the patients, which is safe and reliable.
