摘要:
目的：观察中药复方提取液治疗牙周病的临床疗效及对咀嚼功能的影响。方法：将120例患者随机分为观察组、对照组各60例，对照组服用甲硝唑，200 mg/次，3次/d。观察组将中药复方提取液用棉签涂抹于牙龈及牙周黏膜，3次/d。2组均以连续用药7天为1个疗程，治疗3个疗程后比较2组患者用药后的治疗效果、用药后细菌敏感性变化情况以及对咀嚼功能的影响。结果：2组变形链球菌、牙龈卟啉菌、伴放线杆菌以及具核酸杆菌的无菌生长的最低药物浓度比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。观察组临床疗效优于对照组，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。2组患者咀嚼功能有不同程度改善，观察组改善状况明显好于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：采用中药复方提取液治疗牙周病具有明显的临床疗效，可使牙周病致病细菌敏感性更高，提高患者的咀嚼功能。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe curative effects of herbal compound extract in the treatment for periodontosis and its influence on masticatory function. Methods: All 120 patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group, 60 cases each group, the control group took metronidazole, 200 mg each time, three times each day. The observation group accepted painting gum and periodontal mucosa with herbal compound extract using cotton swab, three times each day. Seven consecutive days were one course, and both groups were treated for three courses. To compare therapeutic effects after medication, the change of bacterial sensibility after administration and the effects on masticatory function between both groups. Results: The difference could be found in minimum drug concentrations of aseptic growth for nucleic acid bacillus, actinobacillus actinomycetem comitans, porphyromonas gums and streptococcus mutans between both groups (P＜0.05). The observation group was superior to the control group in clinical effects, and the difference showed statistical meaning(P＜0.05). Masticatory function of the patients in both groups improved in different degrees, the improvement of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the difference showed statistical meaning (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Herbal compound extract in the treatment for periodontosis could gain notable effects, it could strengthen the sensibility of disease-causing bacteria and help enhance the patients′ satisfactory function.
