摘要:
目的：系统评价补中升阳法治疗反流性食管炎的(reflux esophagitis，RE)的临床疗效。方法：计算机检索中国生物医学文献数据库、VIP、CNKI和万方数据库公开发表的应用补中升阳法，予补中益气汤加减治疗RE相关的随机对照试验(RCT)。经质量评价最终纳入文献后采用Review Manager 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果：共纳入7个研究，全部为中文，Jadad评分7篇均为1分。Meta结果显示：补中益气汤组临床疗效优于常规西药治疗，合并效应值［OR=4.72，95%CI(2.58，8.63)，P＜0.000 01］。结论：应用补中升阳法，采用补中益气汤加减治疗RE疗效确切，比常规西药治疗效果好，但尚需更多高质量的研究加以佐证。
Abstract:
Objective: To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy of middle-invigorating Yang-lifting method in treating reflux esophagitis(RE). Methods: Published randomized controlled trials(RCT) of modified middle-invigorating Qi-tonifying decoction in treating RE or middle-invigorating Yang-lifting method applied to RE were searched in CBM, VIP, CNKI and Wanfang databases using computer. The papers were finally included after quality evaluation, Review Manager 5.3 software was used to perform Meta analysis. Results: Consequently, seven studies were included, and all in Chinese, Jadad scored seven papers for one point. Meta analysis results showed: clinical effects of middle-invigorating Qi-tonifying decoction group were superior to these of conventional Western medicine: merging effect value［OR=4.72, 95% CI(2.58, 8.63), P＜0.000 01］. Conclusion: The application of middle - invigorating Yang - lifting method, modified middle - invigorating Qi - tonifying decoction could obtain definite effects in the treatment for RE, their therapeutic effects better than these of conventional Western medicine, and more high quality studies are needed to verify curative effects.
