摘要:
从失眠的病因病机、辨证论治入手探讨失眠的中医证治研究，指出失眠属中医“不寐”范畴，认为该病或因心神失养、或因邪扰心神所致，其基本病机可分为阴阳失交与脏腑不和，辨证论治以脏腑分型为核心，治疗方法多样、简便验廉。
Abstract:
The study on TCM syndrome and treatment for insomnia is explored from the cause, pathogenesis, syndrome differentiation and treatment for insomnia, insomnia is of TCM category "insomnia", it may be caused by mental loss, or pathogenic factor disturbing the mind, its basic pathogenesis are disorder of Yin and Yang, and viscera disharmony, syndrome differentiation and treatment is based on the patterns of viscera, therapeutic methods are various, simple, convenient, effective and cheap.
