目的:探讨电针对产后抑郁(postpartum depression,PPD)大鼠神经内分泌系统下丘脑-垂体-性腺(hypothalamus pituitary gonadal axis,HPG axis)轴相关激素的干预机制。方法:选用2~3月龄雌性SD大鼠60只,随机分为空白组、假手术组、模型组、电针组、西药组,每组12只,每组设2、4、6周观察时点。运用酶联免疫法检测上述时点大鼠血清HPG轴激素水平。结果:模型组各时点促性腺激素释放激素(gonadotropin-releasing hormone,GnRH)、卵泡刺激素(follicle stimulating hormone,FSH)、促黄体生成素(luteinizing hormone,LH)均较空白组、假手术组降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);西药组及电针组各时点GnRH、FSH均较模型组升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),LH均较模型组降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:电针百会、印堂对PPD大鼠神经内分泌系统HPG轴相关激素水平具有明显改善效果,其对PPD 的缓解作用可能与调节上述各激素的平衡密切相关。

Objective: To discuss the mechanism of acusector in the intervention of HPG axis - related hormone for the rats with postpartum depression (PPD). Methods: Sixty female SD rats were randomized into the blank group, sham operation group, the model group, acusector group and Western medicine group, 12 rats each group, all the groups were observed at the second, forth and sixth week. ELISA method was used to detect the levels of hormone related to HPG axis at the above points. Results: The levels of GnRH, FSH and LH of the model group reduced compared with the blank group and sham operation group at the above points, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the levels of GnRH and FSH of Western medicine group and acusector group rose compared with the model group at the above points, and the difference showed statistical meaning (P<0.05); the levels of LH in Western medicine group and acusector group lowered than the model group, and the difference showed statistical meaning (P<0.05). Conclusion: Acusector at Baihui (GV20, DU20) and Yintang (GV29) could improve the levels of hormone related to HPG axis in PPD rats, and the effects of acusector on PPD might be closely related to regulating the balance of the above hormones.
