摘要:
目的：探讨针灸治疗多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovarian syndrome，PCOS)的临床对照试验腧穴谱。方法：计算机检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据库(Wanfang Data)及PubMed数据库，检索所有有关针灸治疗PCOS的临床对照试验，应用NoteExpress文献管理器导出数据，逐步筛选，提取符合标准文献的腧穴信息，应用描述性分析和聚类分析进行数据挖掘，总结文献中的腧穴运用情况。结果：共纳入文献275篇，腧穴100个，频次排名前10的穴位分别为三阴交(253)、关元(243)、子宫(171)、气海(157)、中极(150)、足三里(125)、肾俞(115)、血海(114)、丰隆(101)、太冲(95)；腧穴分布部位排名前3的分别为下腹部(30)、腰骶背部(28)及下肢部(26)；经脉分布排名前3的分别为足太阳膀胱经(20)、足阳明胃经(15)、任脉(10)。结论：针灸治疗PCOS腧穴中，足太阳膀胱经、足阳明胃经及任脉的腧穴占比最高，主要分布在下腹部、腰骶背部及下肢部，以三阴交、关元、子宫、气海、中极为主要穴位。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the acupoint spectrum of clinical controlled trial of acupuncture in the treatment of PCOS. Methods: Computer was used to search CNKI, Wanfang data and Pubmed database and find out clinical controlled trial of acupuncture in the treatment of PCOS, NoteExpress document manager was applied to derive the data, gradually screen and extract acupoint information in the literature meeting the standard, descriptive analysis and cluster analysis were adopted to perform data mining and summarize the acupoints applications in the literature. Results: All 275 papers included and 100 acupoints involved, the top ten acupoints in high frequency were Sanyinjiao (253), Guanyuan (243), Zigong (171), Qihai (157), Zhongji (150), Zusanli (125), Shenshu (115), Xuehai (114), Fenglong (101) and Taichong (95) respectively. The top three distribution parts of acupoints were lower abdomen (30), lumbosacral part and back (28) and lower limb (26). The top three meridians were bladder meridian (20), stomach meridian (15) and conception meridian (10) respectively. Conclusion: Among the acupoints of acupuncture in the treatment of PCOS, the acupoints distributed in bladder meridian, stomach meridian and conception meridian are in the highest proportions, and they are mainly distributed in lower abdomen, lumbosacral part and back and lower limb, Sanyinjiao, Guanyuan, Zigong, Qihai and Zhongji are the main acupoints.
