摘要:
苗族养生文化源远流长，并且已融入了苗族人的日常生活，体现了自然便捷、高效简廉的特点。沐浴是苗族群众基本的生活需求，也是医疗保健的重要手段。笔者在阐述古今苗族沐浴基本概况与特点的基础上，进一步论证沐浴养生的实施方式与现实作用，以期更为全面、完善的展现苗族养生文化。
Abstract:
Life preservation culture of the Miao ethnic group has a long history, and has been integrated into the people′s daily life of the Miao ethnic group, and it is natural, convenient, efficient and simple. Bath is the basic living needs of Miao people, and the important measures of medical care. The paper discusses the implementation and realistic function of bath in life preservation and revealed a more comprehensive and perfect new chapter of Miao life preservation culture through illustrating basic situation and the characteristics of ancient and modern bath of the Miao ethnic group.
