摘要:
目的：分析热毒宁联合维生素AD对小儿轮状病毒感染性腹泻的治疗效果。方法：将89例腹泻患儿按照入院先后顺序分为两组。对照组44例，给予常规治疗；观察组45例，给予热毒宁注射液联合维生素AD进行治疗。比较两组临床疗效、临床症状恢复时间及治疗前后患儿粪便中分泌型免疫球蛋白A(secretary IgA，SIgA)含量。结果：总有效率观察组为97.78%（44/45），对照组为84.09%（37/44），观察组显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；观察组止泻时间、退热时间、止吐时间、腹痛缓解时间、粪常规恢复正常时间和住院时间均显著短于对照组(P＜0.05)；粪便中SIgA含量两组治疗前相比，差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)，治疗后观察组显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：热毒宁联合维生素AD治疗小儿轮状病毒感染性腹泻临床效果显著，可提高SIgA含量，并快速缓解临床症状。
Abstract:
Objective: To analyze therapeutic effects of Reduning and Vitamin AD in the treatment of infantile Rotavirus-infected diarrhea. Methods: All 89 children were randomized into two groups according to admission order. 44 cases of the control group accepted conventional therapy; and 45 cases of the observation group were treated by Reduning injection and Vitamin AD. To compare clinical effects, the recovery time of clinical symptoms and the contents of fecal SigA before and after treating between both groups. Results: Total effective rate of the observation group was 97.78% (44/45), higher than 84.09% (37/44) of the control group (P＜0.05); the observation group was shorter than the control group in the time of stopping diarrhea, bringing down the fever, stopping vomiting, remission time of abdominal pain, the time of stool routine restoring to normal and hospitalization time apparently (P＜0.05); there was no significant difference in the contents of fecal SigA between both groups before treating (P＞0.05), the observation group was higher than the control group after treating notably (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Reduning and Vitamin AD in the treatment of infantile rotavirus-infected diarrhea could obtain notable clinical effects, raise the contents of SIgA and rapidly relieve clinical symptoms.
