摘要:
目的：探讨独活寄生汤对类风湿性关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis，RA)患者微循环及免疫功能的影响。方法：将108例患者随机分为两组，每组54例。两组均使用甲氨蝶呤进行治疗，观察组同时服用独活寄生汤，两组均连续治疗90天。观察两组治疗前后关节疾病活动度评分(DAS-28)及腕关节滑膜内动脉血流收缩期峰值流速(peak systolic velocity，PSV)、舒张期峰值速度舒张末期血流速度(end diastolic velocity ,EDV)、血管阻力(resistance index ,RI)、类风湿因子(rheumatoid factor，RF)、免疫球蛋白A(immunoglobulin A，IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(immunoglobulin G，IgG)等指标的变化情况。结论：DAS-28评分及PSV、EDV、RI、RF、IgA、IgG等指标治疗前两组比较，差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；治疗前后两组组内比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗后组间比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。不良反应发生率观察组为22.22%(12/54)，对照组为20.37%(11/54)，两组比较，差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论：独活寄生汤治疗RA临床效果显著，可改善患者微循环状态及关节功能，提高其免疫功能。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the influence of Duhuo Jisheng Tang on microcirculation and immunologic function in patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Methods: All 108 patients were randomized into two groups, 54 cases each group, both groups were treated by methotrexate, the observation group took Duhuo Jisheng Tang simultaneously, both groups were treated for 90 days consecutively. To observe the changes of DAS-28, PSV, EDV, RI, RF, IgA, IgG and others before and after treating between both groups. Results: The difference had no statistical meaning in DAS-28 scores, PSV, EDV, RI, RF, IgA, IgG and others before treating between both groups (P＞0.05); the difference had statistical meaning in these indexes before and after treating within two groups (P＜0.05); the difference showed statistical meaning between both groups after treating (P＜0.05). The incidence of adverse reaction in the observation group was 22.22%(12/54), higher than 20.37%(11/54) of the control group, and the difference showed no statistical meaning (P＞0.05). Conclusion: Duhuo Jisheng Tang could obtain notable clinical effects in the treatment of RA, it could improve microcirculatory state and joint function, and lift immunologic function.
