摘要:: 目的：观察中药热奄包治疗下肢血栓性浅静脉炎的临床疗效。方法：将90例下肢血栓性浅静脉炎患者随机分为两组，每组45例。对照组给予常规治疗，观察组在常规治疗基础上给予中药热奄包穴位热敷治疗，每日1次，每次持续20 min。两组均连续治疗2周。观察两组临床疗效、不良反应发生率及治疗前后症状、体征变化情况。结果：总有效率观察组为88.9%(40/45)，对照组为71.1%(32/45)，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。不良反应发生率观察组为0.89%(4/45)，对照组为6.67%(3/45)，两组比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。皮肤红肿、患肢疼痛、条索硬结、色素沉着等症状、体征积分治疗前后两组组内比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗后两组组间比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：中药热奄包治疗下肢血栓性浅静脉炎临床疗效良好，无明显不良反应。

Abstract:: Objective: To observe clinical effects of herbal formentation bag in treating lower extremity superficial thrombophlebitis. Methods: All 90 patients were randomized into two groups, 45 cases each group. The control group accepted conventional therapy, and the observation group acupoint hot compressing with herbal formentation bag, once each day, for 20 minutes each time. Both groups were treated for two weeks continuously. To observe clinical effects of both groups, the incidence of adverse reaction, the changes of the symptoms and body signs before and after treating. Results: Total effective rate of the observation group was 88.9% (40/45), higher than 71.1% (32/45) of the control group, and the difference had statistical meaning (P＜0.05). The incidence of adverse reaction of the observation group was 0.89% (4/45), higher than 6.67% (1/45) of the control group, while the difference had no statistical meaning (P＞0.05). The difference had statistical meaning in the scores of body signs and the symptoms including skin redness and swelling, limb pain, cord induration, pigmentation and others within two groups before and after treating (P＜0.05); the difference showed statistical meaning between both groups after treating (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Herbal formentation bag in treating lower extremity superficial thrombophlebitis could obtain notable clinical effects without obvious adverse reaction.
