摘要:
目的：探究穴位敷贴辅助系统性护理在甲状腺功能亢进症患者中的应用。方法：选择2010年6月至2018年8月收治的甲状腺功能亢进症患者80例为研究对象，按照入院顺序经随机数字表法分为两组，其中，对照组40例给予系统性护理措施，观察组40例联合穴位敷贴进行干预，对比两组患者的临床疗效、甲状腺功能和生活质量评分。结果：总有效率观察组为92.5%(37/40)，对照组为75.0%(30/40)，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。促甲状腺素(thyroid-stimulating hormone,TSH)、总三碘甲腺原氨酸(total triiodothyronine,TT3)、总甲状腺素(total thyroxine,TT4)、游离三碘甲腺原氨酸(free triiodothyronine，FT3 )、游离甲状腺素(free thyroxine,FT4)等干预前两组比较，差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；干预前后两组组内比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；干预后两组间比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。生活质量各维度评分干预前两组比较，差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；干预前后两组组内比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；干预后两组间比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：穴位敷贴辅助系统性护理在甲状腺功能亢进症患者中的应用效果显著，该方法可有效调节患者的甲状腺功能指标，改善生活质量。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore acupoint application as adjunctive therapy and systematic nursing to the patients with hyperthyroidism. Methods: Eighty patients hospitalized from June, 2010 to August, 2018 were chosen as the research objects and allocated to two groups in light of admission order, among them, 40 cases of the control group accepted systematic nursing intervention, and 40 cases of the observation group were intervened by acupoint application, to compare clinical effects, thyroid function and the scores of quality of life between both groups. Results: Total effective rate of the observation group was 92.5%(37/40), higher than 75.0% (30/40) of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). The difference had no statistical meaning in TSH, TT3, TT4, FT3, FT4 and others before the intervention between both groups (P＞0.05); the difference showed statistical meaning before and after the intervention within two groups (P＜0.05); the difference had statistical meaning between both groups aftre the intervention(P＜0.05). The difference had no statistical meaning in different dimensional scores of quality of life before the intervention between both groups (P＞0.05); the difference had statistical meaning before and after the intervention within two groups (P＜0.05); the difference showed statistical meaning between both groups after the intervention (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Acupoint application as adjunctive therapy and systematic nursing are effective for the patients with hyperthyroidism, the method could effectively regulate the indexes of thyroid function and improve quality of life.
