摘要:
目的挖掘分析武威汉代医简研究现状，以促进甘肃省中医药的传承与创新。 方法使用中国生物医学数据库，选择主题词“武威医简”或“武威汉代医简”进行检索，利用文献分析软件Bibexcel统计关键词频次，并制作矩阵，采用NetDraw软件绘制关键词共现图谱，采用SPSS 21.0绘制聚类、多维尺度图谱。 结果关键词共现分析发现，武威汉代医简的研究热点主要以中医药疗法、张延昌、验案、类风湿性关节炎为主；关键词聚类分析发现，武威汉代医简的研究集中在文献及临床应用研究、学科应用研究、辨证论治的临床研究、武威汉代医简的个案研究方面；关键词多维角度分析发现，武威汉代医简的历史、医学成就、病种、学科研究处于核心地位。 结论武威汉代医简研究突出了中医药特色，既有文献方面的内容，也涉及现代临床应用。在今后的研究中要以患者为主体，利用现代化的科学技术与理论挖掘分析武威汉代医简。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo unearth and analyze research status of Wuwei Han dynasty medical slips, promote the innovation and inheritance of TCM in Gansu province. MethodsKeywords “Wuwei medical slips” or “Wuwei Han dynasty medical slips” were chosen to search in CBM, literature analysis software Bibexcel was utilized to count the frequency of the keywords and make the matrix, NetDraw software used to draw the keyword co-occurrence map, and SPSS 21.0 to draw the cluster and multi-dimensional scale map. ResultsKeyword co-occurrence analysis displayed that research hotspots of Wuwei Han dynasty medical slips mainly contained TCM therapy, Zhang Yanchang, the proven cases and rheumatoid arthritis; keyword clustering analysis showed that the study on Wuwei Han dynasty medical slips focused on the research on literature and clinical application, subject application research, clinical study on syndrome differentiation and treatment, cases study; keywords multidimensional perspective analysis found that the history, medical achievements, disease entities and subject study on Wuwei Han dynasty medical slips took up the core positions. ConclusionResearch on Wuwei Han dynasty medical slips highlight the characteristics of TCM, both in terms of literature and modern clinical application. We should take the patients as the main body and use modern scientific technology and theory to unearth and analyze Wuwei Han dynasty medical slips in the future study.
