摘要:
探讨基于超声技术揭示中医脉象的研究方法，指出脉象，即脉动应指的形象，包括频率、节律、充盈度、通畅情况、动势和缓、波动幅度等，由于不同医生感觉器官敏感性的差异，对同一个患者，不同的医生可能会得出不同的脉诊结论，而超声检查在显示血管形态、评估血管功能、检测血管病变等方面具有早期、无创、直观、敏感和操作方便等优点，因此在中医脉诊的标准化和客观化研究中具有一定应用前景。
Abstract:
Pulse condition is the situation of pulsation, including frequency, rhythm, filling degree, unobstructed situation, gentle motion, the amplitude of fluctuation, and so on. Because of differences in tactile sensitivity, different doctors may come to different conclusions when facing the same patient. The ultrasonic examination has the advantages of early, non-invasive, intuitive, sensitive, and easy to operate in displaying vascular morphology, evaluating the vascular function, and detecting vascular lesions. It has a broad application prospect in the standardization and objectivity of traditional Chinese medicine pulse diagnosis. This paper aims to discuss the research method of revealing traditional Chinese medicine’s pulse condition based on ultrasonic technology.
