摘要:
舒劲教授认为便秘型肠易激综合征的诱发因素为情志不调，基本病机为肝失疏泄，脾失健运，肝郁脾虚，大肠传导失司。她主张从肝脾入手，采用疏肝健脾法治疗本病，临床效果甚佳。
Abstract:
Professor Shu Jin thinks that the precipitating factor of constipation predominant irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is emotional disorder, its basic pathogenesis is both liver and spleen dysfunction, liver stagnation and spleen deficiency, large intestine conduction disorder. She suggests that soothing-liver invigorating-spleen method should be used to treat the disease from liver and spleen, and it could obtain better clinical effects.
