摘要:
目的探讨中医药治疗膜性肾病的研究现况，揭示其研究热点，预测未来的发展趋势，为今后的研究方向提供参考。 方法检索中国知网、维普数据库、万方数据知识服务平台3个中文数据库相关文献，并对其进行文献计量学和聚类分析。 结果共纳入相关文献77篇，发文量总体呈上升趋势，2016年达到最高；77篇文献中期刊文章38篇，学位论文31篇，会议论文8篇；发文量最多的期刊为《中国中西医结合肾病杂志》；发文量最多的作者是中国中医科学院广安门医院的占永立，累计参与发表文献4篇；高频关键词分析显示“临床疗效”和“中药”出现频次最高，共词聚类结果大致分成6类。 结论中医药治疗膜性肾病的研究呈逐年上升趋势，但发文量相对较少。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore the research status of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of membranous nephropathy, reveal its research hotspots, predict the future development trend, and provide reference for the future research direction. MethodsThe relevant literatures of CNKI, VIP database and Wanfang Data knowledge service platform were searched and analyzed by bibliometrics and cluster analysis. ResultsAltogether 77 relevant papers were included, and the total number of published articles showed an upward trend, reaching the highest in 2016; among 77 papers, 38 were journal articles, 31 dissertations, and eight conference papers; the journal with the largest number of published articles was Chinese Journal of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nephrology; the author with the largest number of published articles was Zhan Yongli of Guang’anmen Hospital, China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences, with a total of four published articles; high frequency keyword analysis showed that "clinical efficacy" and "traditional Chinese medicine" appeared most frequently, the co-word clustered analysis results could be roughly divided into six categories. ConclusionThe study on TCM treatment of membranous nephropathy is increasing year by year, but the amount of papers is relatively small.
