摘要:
目的观察定眩汤加减治疗气血两虚型眩晕的临床疗效。 方法选取气血两虚型眩晕患者58例，随机分为两组，观察组30例，对照组28例。对照组予以甲磺酸倍他司汀片，观察组予以定眩汤加减，两组患者均连续治疗4周。比较治疗前后两组患者眩晕障碍量表（dizziness handicap inventory，DHI）评分、中医证候积分及眩晕症状体征严重程度评分的变化。 结果治疗后，两组患者的DHI评分、中医证候积分、眩晕症状体征严重程度评分均有所下降，与治疗前比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），且观察组治疗后明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）；总有效率观察组为86.67%（26/30），对照组为67.86%（19/28），观察组优于对照组（P＜0.05）。 结论定眩汤加减治疗气血两虚型眩晕疗效显著，可明显改善患者临床症状。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo observe clinical effects of modified Dingxuan decoction in treating vertigo of Qi and blood deficiency pattern. MethodsAll 58 patients with vertigo of Qi and blood deficiency pattern were randomly divided into two groups, 30 cases in the observation group and 28 cases in the control group. The control group was treated with betahistine mesilate tablets and the observation group with Dingxuan decoction, both groups were treated for four weeks consecutively. To compare DHI scores, TCM syndrome scores, symptoms and body signs severity scores before and after treating between both groups. ResultsAfter the treatment, DHI scores, TCM syndrome scores, symptoms and body signs severity scores reduced in both groups, the different had statistical meaning when these were compared with these before treating (P<0.05), the observation group was apparently better than the control group (P<0.05); total effective rate of the observation group was 86.67%(26/30), higher than 67.86%(19/28) of the control group notably (P<0.05). ConclusionModified Dingxuan decoction could gain notable effects in treating vertigo, it could notably improve clinical symptoms of the patients.
