摘要:
目的通过文献挖掘中医药治疗早期糖尿病肾病（early diabetic nephropathy，EDN）的用药规律。 方法系统检索中国知网（CNKI）、万方、维普等数据库建库至今的相关文献，根据纳入和排除标准筛选出治疗EDN的中药复方并建立数据库，用SPSS 20.0软件进行统计分析。 结果通过检索筛选出符合条件的文献含中药复方134首，中药171味，药物类别以补虚药、活血化瘀药、清热药、利水渗湿药、收涩药为主。核心单味药为黄芪、丹参、茯苓、山萸肉等，性味多属甘、苦、寒，归经以肝、肺、脾胃、肾经为主。对高频药物进行聚类分析共得到2个主要组合。 结论中医药治疗EDN重用益气滋阴固肾、活血化瘀及清热利湿类药物，性味多属甘、苦、寒，常用药为黄芪、丹参、茯苓、山萸肉、山药等。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore the medication rules of TCM therapy for early diabetic nephropathy (DN) through literature mining. MethodsThe related papers were systematically searched from CNKI, Wanfang, VIP and others, according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, herbal compounds of treating early DN were selected to establish the database, statistically analyzed using SPSS 20.0 software. ResultsAll 134 herbal prescriptions and 171 kinds of herbs contained in the literature which met the standards were selected through searching, the drugs were mainly of tonifying, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, heat-clearing, promoting diuresis and clearing dampness and inducing astringency. The core single drug is Huangqi (Radix Astragali), Danshen (Danshen Root), Fuling (Indian Buead), fructus corni and others, of sweet, bitter and cold flavors mostly, entering the meridians of liver, lung, spleen and stomach, kidney. Cluster analysis of high frequency drugs obtained two main combinations. ConclusionTCM therapy for early DN employs the drugs of replenishing Qi, nourishing Yin, strengthening kidney, promoting blood circulation and removing stasis, clearing heat and dampness, their nature and taste are mostly sweet, bitter and cold, the commonly used drugs are Huangqi, Danshen, Fuling, fructus corni, Chinese yam, etc.
