摘要:
目的基于中医传承辅助系统分析中医药治疗甲状腺功能亢进症方剂组方规律。 方法收集近十年中国期刊全文数据库（CNKI）、中国生物医学服务系统（CBM）、万方医学网中以中医药治疗甲状腺功能亢进症的相关方剂，人工录入中医传承辅助平台（V2.5）软件，形成方剂数据库，利用该软件集聚分析处方用药及配伍规律。 结果筛选出治疗甲状腺功能亢进症方剂共210首，涉及中药249味，使用频次20次以上的中药共38味：前10味药物分别为夏枯草、白芍、柴胡、浙贝母、黄芪、生地黄、玄参、茯苓、麦冬、甘草。出现频度25以上的药对及组合共27个；演化得到3味药的核心组合10个；聚类得到新处方5首。 结论利用中医传承辅助系统分析并阐明治疗甲状腺功能亢进症的组方规律可为其临床应用和新药研发提供参考。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo analyze the prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine for treating hyperthy-roidism based on TCMISS. MethodsThe related prescriptions of TCM for treating hyperthyroidism were collected from CNKI, CBM and Wanfang in the recent ten years and input into TCMISS software (V2.5) manually to form the prescription database, to analyze the prescription and compatibility using the software. ResultsAll 210 prescriptions of treating hyperthyroidism were screened, involving 249 kinds of herbs and 38 kinds of herbs used more than 20 times; the top ten kinds of herbs were Xiakucao (Spica Prunellae), Baishao (Chinese Peony), Chaihu (Root of Chnese Thorowax), Zhebeimu (Bulbus fritillariae thunbergii), Huangqi (Radix astragali), Shengdihuang (dried rehmannia root), Xuanshen (Radix Scrophulariae), Fuling (Indian Buead) and Maidong (Radix ophiopogonis) respectively. There were 27 drug pairs and combinations appeared more than 25 times; ten core combinations of three drugs were evolved, and five new prescriptions were obtained by clustering. ConclusionThe laws of the prescriptions of treating hyperthyroidism are analyzed and illustrated using TCMISS, and it could provide the reference for its clinical application and new drug development.
