摘要:
挖掘“皮毛生肾”的思想内涵，认为其与多囊卵巢综合征发病机制存在内在关联，并将此理论延伸到运动防治多囊卵巢综合征的实际问题中，为运动干预多囊卵巢综合征患者提供中医理论支撑。
Abstract:
After digging the connotation of "the skin and hair promoting kidney" once again, it is found that an internal relationship between the theory and its pathogenesis of PCOS exists, the theory is applied to the practical problems of exercise in the prevention and treatment of PCOS, which could provide TCM theoretical support for exercise intervention of PCOS.
