摘要:
目的探讨温肾强骨丸对脾肾阳虚型骨质疏松症模型大鼠骨转化指标的影响。 方法将SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、假手术组、西药（阿仑膦酸钠）组与温肾强骨丸高、中、低剂量组，采用去势（切除大鼠卵巢）+注射氢化可的松+番泻叶灌胃+饮食失节+劳倦过度方法制造脾肾阳虚型骨质疏松症大鼠模型，检测各组大鼠抗酒石酸碱性磷酸酶(tartrate resistant acid phosphatase,TRAP）、大鼠尿Ⅰ型胶原交联N末端肽（type I collagen cross linked N telopeptides in urine，U-NTX）、骨碱性磷酸酶（Alkaline phosphatase,BLAP）、雌二醇（estradiol，E2）、尿型胶原交联C末端肽（C-terminal telopeptides of type I collagen，U-CTX）、骨钙蛋白（osteocalcin，BGP)等骨转换指标。 结果与正常组比较，模型组大鼠BALP、E2含量降低，BGP、TRAP、U-NTX、U-CTX含量升高，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；与模型组比较，西药组及温肾强骨丸各剂量组BALP、E2含量均增高（P＜0.05），BGP、TRAP、U-NTX、U-CTX含量均下降，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；与温肾强骨丸低剂量组比较，高剂量组U-CTX、E2增高，BGP、TRAP、U-NTX、BALP含量下降，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。 结论温肾强骨丸可改善大鼠骨代谢指标，对脾肾阳虚型骨质疏松症具有防治意义。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore the influence of kidney-warming bone-strengthening pills on bone transformation index of rats with osteoporosis of spleen and kidney Yang deficiency pattern. MethodsAll SD rats were randomized into the normal group, the model group, sham operation group, Western medicine group (Alendronate sodium), high, moderate and low dose groups of kidney-warming bone-strengthening pills, castration (ovariectomy)+hydrocortisone injection+intragastric administration of senna+dietary irregularity+overstrain were used to establish osteoporotic rat model of spleen and kidney Yang deficiency pattern. To detect bone transformation indexes of TRAP, U-NTX, BLAP, E2, U-CTX, BGP and others of the rats in different groups. ResultsCompared with the nornal group, the contents of BALP and E2 reduced, the contents of BGP, TRAP, U-NTX and U-CTX rose in the model group, and the difference had statistical meaning (P<0.05); compared with the model group, the contents of BALP and E2 in Western medicine group and different dosages groups of the pills increased (P<0.05), the contents of BGP, TRAP, U-NTX and U-CTX lowered, and the difference had statistical meaning (P<0.05); compared with low dose group of kidney-warming bone-strengthening pills, U-CTX and E2 increased in high dosage group, the contents of BGP, TRAP, U-NTX and BALP reduced, and the difference had statistical meaning (P<0.05). ConclusionKidney-warming bone-strengthening pills could improve bone metabolism index of the rats, it has the significance of prevention and treatment for osteoporosis of spleen and kidney Yang deficiency pattern.
