目的研究溪黄草药材的薄层鉴别及含量测定方法,提升溪黄草药材现有质量控制标准。 方法用薄层色谱法鉴别溪黄草药材中的迷迭香酸,利用高效液相色谱法测定齐墩果酸、熊果酸含量。 结果建立的薄层色谱方法能够准确定性溪黄草药材,HPLC方法能够准确测定溪黄草药材中齐墩果酸、熊果酸含量,加样回收率分别为99.78%(RSD=0.56%)、100.68%(RSD=0.67%)。 结论该方法操作简便、数据准确、重复性良好,可用于溪黄草药材的质量控制。

ObjectiveTo improve the current standard of quality control for Xihuangcao by studying TLC identification and the method of determining of the contents of Xihuangcao. MethodsRosmarinic acid in Xihuangcao was identified by TLC, and the contents of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid were determined by HPLC. ResultsThe established TLC method could accurately determine the chemical composition of Xihuangcao, HPLC method could accurately determine the contents of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid contained in Xihuangcao, average recovery rates were 99.78% (RSD=0.56%) and 100.68% (RSD=0.67%) respectively. ConclusionThe method, easy to operate, accurate and reproducible, could be used for quality control of Xihuangcao.
