摘要:
袁红霞教授认为三焦失畅为胃癌前病变（precancerous lesions of gastric cancer，PLGC）的病机关键，临证治疗立足三焦，以小柴胡汤调和枢机、疏利三焦，并在此基础上偏气滞者合用四逆散健脾行气、透达郁阳；偏痰饮内停者合苓桂剂通阳化气，温化痰饮；偏瘀血内阻者加用当归芍药散活血利水、行气止痛，临床多能逆转肠化和增生。
Abstract:
Professor Yuan Hongxia thinks that obstructed triple energizer is the key to the pathogenesis of PLGC, clinical therapy should be based on triple energizer, and Xiaochaihu decoction is used to reconcile the cardinal and dredge triple energizer, Sini powder should be used jointly to invigorate spleen and move Qi, penetrate depression Yang for the patients with Qi stagnation pattern; Linggui preparation to activate Yang and promote the activity of Qi, warm phlegm and retained fluid for patients with internal retention of phlegm and retained fluid, Danggui Shaoyao powder to promote blood circulation and diuresis, move qi and relieve pain for the patients with internal obstruction of blood stasis, mostly these decoction could reverse intestinal metaplasia and hyperplasia.
