摘要:
目的观察蠲痹历节清方联合塞来昔布治疗急性痛风性关节炎湿热蕴结型的临床疗效。 方法将湿热蕴结型急性痛风性关节炎患者62例随机分为对照组与治疗组各31例。对照组口服塞来昔布胶囊，治疗组在对照组基础上口服蠲痹历节清方汤剂。观察两组患者治疗前后症状及血清尿酸（uric acid，UA）、血沉（erythrocyte sedimentation rate，ESR）、C-反应蛋白（c-reactive protein,CRP）变化情况。 结果总有效率治疗组为90.0%（27/30），高于对照组的73.3%（22/30）（P＜0.05）。两组治疗前后UA、ESR及CRP组内比较及治疗后组间比较差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。 结论蠲痹历节清方联合塞来昔布胶囊能提高急性痛风性关节炎湿热蕴结型患者临床疗效。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo observe clinical effects of Juanbi Lijieqing prescription joined with celecoxib in treating acute gouty arthritis of damp-heat accumulation pattern. MethodsAll 62 patients were randomized into the control group and the treatment group, 31 cases in each group. The control group took celecoxib capsule orally, and the treatment group took Juanbi Lijieqing prescription based on Western medicine the control group accepted. To observe the symptoms, the changes of UA, ESR and CRP of both groups before and after treating. ResultsTotal effective rate of the treatment group was 90.0%（27/30）, higher than 73.3%（22/30） of the control group (P<0.05). The difference was statistically significant in UA, ESR and CPR before and after treatment within two groups, between both groups after treating (P<0.05). ConclusionJuanbi Lijieqing prescription joined with celecoxib could raise clinical effects in treating acute gouty arthritis of damp-heat accumulation pattern.
