摘要:
基于“血不利则为水”理论，结合妇人自身生理特点及妇科疾病的发病学认为瘀水互结为子宫内膜异位囊肿型盆腔疼痛的核心病机，治疗当化瘀利水并行。
Abstract:
Blood stasis mixing with water retention is the core pathogenesis of endometriosis cyst-type pelvic pain based on the theory of “stagnated blood causing edema” by combining women’s own physiological characteristics with the pathogenesis of gynecological disease, the treatment should resolve stasis and promote diuresis simultaneously.
