摘要:
目的探讨止咳化痰膏穴位敷贴对小儿咳嗽结局的影响。 方法选取1～12个月咳嗽婴儿90例，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组45例。对照组给予西药阿莫西林口服，观察组在对照组基础上予以穴位敷贴治疗。观察两组临床疗效、咳嗽消失时间及不良反应。 结果观察组临床总有效率［97.8%（44/45）］优于对照组［91.1%（41/45）］（P＜0.05）。观察组患儿咳嗽症状消失时间、胸片复常时间早于对照组（P＜0.05）。两组均无不良反应发生。 结论止咳化痰膏穴位贴敷治疗小儿咳嗽，可提高临床疗效，有效控制患儿咳嗽症状。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo discuss the influence of acupoint application of cough-relieving phlegm-resolving ointment on the outcome of infantile cough. MethodsAll 90 infants aged between one and 12 months were chosen, and randomly allocated to the observation group and the control group, 45 cases in each group; the control group was given Western medicine amoxicillin, and the observation group accepted acupoint application of cough-relieving phlegm-resolving ointment based on the same therapy the control group received. To observe clinical effects, cough disappearing time and adverse reaction between both groups. ResultsClinical total effective rate of the observation group was 97.8% (44/45), higher than 91.1% (41/45) of the control group (P<0.05), cough disappearing time and the recovery time of chest X-ray of the observation group were earlier than these of the control group (P<0.05). No adverse reaction happen. ConclusionAcupoint application of cough-relieving phlegm-resolving ointment could improve clinical effects in the treatment of infantile cough, and it could effectively control infantile cough.
