摘要:
从著者与成书、《长生秘诀》的主要内容、学术特色三个方面分别论述《长生秘诀》的主要内容，认为该书的主要养生特色可以概括为注重“心思”、慎饮食调起居，以及养生过程中强调人的品德修养。
Abstract:
The main content of Changsheng Mijue was stated from the author and the book, the main contents and academic characteristics of Changsheng Mijue, the main characteristics of life nurturing in the book could be concluded as emphasizing “emotion”, careful diet and adjusting daily life, and emphasizing people’s moral cultivation in the course of life nurturing.
