摘要:
目的探讨医院多专业一体化诊疗模式的影响因素并提出优化方案。 方法随机抽取168名门诊及住院患者，158名医务人员，通过问卷调查法分析甘肃某三甲中医院医务人员和就诊患者对多专业一体化诊疗模式的知晓、理解情况及认知程度，梳理该院多专业一体化诊疗模式实施过程中的影响因素。通过专家访谈结果针对性地提出多专业一体化诊疗模式实施过程的优化措施。 结果患者对多专业一体化诊疗模式呈现出低知晓率、理解水平低下的特点。影响医生对多专业一体化诊疗模式认知程度的主要内在因素是考评制度和绩效激励政策、医院对多专业一体化诊疗模式的宣传不够、工作流程不清晰、任务分配不明确；主要外部因素是传统诊疗模式的影响、患者对多专业一体化诊疗模式的认识不足，需求不高、缺乏具体操作流程和标准及与之相适应的教学模式，同时针对以上问题对多专业一体化诊疗平台的长效发展提出了相关建议和策略。 结论多专业一体化诊疗模式的实施推广需要提升患者知晓率和认可程度，建设一体化诊疗团队，并加强医院管理。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo investigate the influencing factors of multi-disciplinary integrated diagnosis and treatment model in hospital and propose the optimization scheme. MethodsAfter randomly selecting 168 outpatients and inpatients, 158 medical staffs, the medical staffs' and the patients' awareness, understanding and cognition to multi-disciplinary integrated diagnosis and treatment model in first class tietery hospital were analyzed by questionnaire survey method, and the influencing factors in the implementation process of multi-disciplinary integrated diagnosis and treatment model were summarized. The optimization measures were proposed based on the results of expert interview. ResultsThe patients showed low awareness and understanding to multi-disciplinary integrated diagnosis and treatment model. The main internal factors of affecting the doctors' recognition to multi-disciplinary integrated diagnosis and treatment model were evaluation system, performance incentive policy, insufficient publicity of multi-disciplinary integrated diagnosis and treatment model in hospital, unclear workflow and task allocation; the main external factors were the influence of traditional diagnosis and treatment model,the patients' inadequate understanding to multi-disciplinary integrated diagnosis and treatment model, low demand, the lack of specific operation processes and standards and corresponding teaching models. Meanwhile, the relevant suggestions and strategies for the long-term development of multi-disciplinary integrated diagnosis and treatment platform were raised in view of the above problems. ConclusionThe implementation and spread of multi-disciplinary integrated diagnosis and treatment model need to improve the patients' awareness and recognition degree, build an integrated diagnosis and treatment team and strengthen hospital management.
