摘要:
通过咳嗽、出血、脓3类病症探讨唐荣川《血证论》中所阐述的痰瘀相关理论及临床应用，唐氏认为痰是津液失常的结果，瘀为“离经之血”，换言之，水病为痰，血病致瘀；阴、气、水和阳、血、火之间存在相互转化、相互制约的属性且横向联系，这是痰瘀相关的根本原因；在生理活动进行过程中脏腑结构和功能的相关性也是痰瘀相关的依据；临床可遵循痰瘀同治的治疗原则，依据病位和病势选择不同方药。
Abstract:
The paper discusses the related theory of phlegm and blood stasis, and its clinical application in Tang Rongchuan’s blood syndrome theory from cough, hemorrhage and pus. Tang Rongchuan holds that phlegm is the results of abnormal body fluid, blood stasis is “the blood running out of the meridian”, in other words, the sickness of water produces phlegm, the disease of blood induce the stasis; there is a nature of mutual transformation and mutual restriction between Yin, Qi and water, and Yang, blood and fire, and they connected with each other laterally, and this is the fundamental reasons of phlegm relating to the stasis; in the process of physiological activity, visceral structure and its connections with the function are the reference for the connections between phlegm and stasis; therapeutic principles of treating phlegm and stasis simultaneously in clinic should be followed to select different prescriptions and herbs in light of the location of the disease and disease conditions.
