摘要:
目的观察五子贴敷联合腹部推拿对腰椎骨折开放术后腹胀的防治效果。 方法将腰椎骨折开放术后腹胀患者80例随机分为五子贴敷组和常规护理组各40例。常规护理组予常规护理；五子贴敷组加用五子贴敷联合腹部推拿，观察两组防治效果。 结果五子贴敷组患者肛门排气时间为（33.12±4.15）h、肠鸣音恢复时间为（19.32±2.31）h、排便时间为（47.18±7.78）h，均低于对照组的（40.19±7.58）h、（26.15±4.33）h、（59.16±10.65）h，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。五子贴敷组患者术后12 h腹胀评分为（3.72±0.55）分、术后36 h评分为（1.92±0.28）分、术后72 h评分为（0.78±0.15）分，均低于对照组的（6.19±0.78）分、（4.15±0.62）分、（3.56±0.51）分，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。 结论五子贴敷联合腹部推拿可有效促进恢复患者胃肠蠕动功能，预防腹胀发生。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo observe preventive effects of Wuzi application and abdominal massage on abdominal distension after lumbar open surgery. MethodsEighty patients were randomized into Wuzi application group and conventional care group, 40 cases in each group. Conventional care group was given conventional care, and Wuzi application group adopted Wuzi application and abdominal massage, to observe preventive and therapeutic effects between both groups. ResultsAnal exhaust time (33.12±4.15)h, bowel sound recovery time (19.32±2.31)h and defecation time (47.18±7.78)h in Wuzi application group, were lower than （40.19±7.58）h, （26.15±4.33）h, （59.16±10.65）h of the control group, and the difference had statistical meaning (P<0.05). The score of abdominal distension 12 hours after operation (3.72±0.55)points, the score 36 hours after operation (1.92±0.28)points and the score after operation (0.78±0.15)points in Wuzi application group, were lower than （6.19±0.78）points, （4.15±0.62）points, （3.56±0.51）points of the control group, and the difference had statistical meaning (P<0.01). ConclusionWuzi application and abdominal massage could effectively promote the recovery of gastrointestinal peristalsis and prevent the incidence of abdominal distension.
