摘要:
基于气血津液对便秘进行辨证，首辨气血津液，次辨虚实，结合临床不同群体的体质特点，根据兼证辨别所涉及脏腑及病理因素，全面把握，准确辨证，辅以润肠通便药，以取得满意疗效。
Abstract:
Constipation is differentiated according to Qi, blood and body fluid, we distinguish Qi, blood, body fluid for the first time, and deficiency and excess for the second time, in combination with physical characteristics of different clinical groups, in light of the viscera and pathological factors involved in the differentiation of the accompanying symptoms, we could comprehensively grasp these factors, accurately differentiate the syndromes, supplemented by the herbs of relaxing bowels, which could obtain satisfactory clinical effects.
