摘要:: 宋慈所著《洗冤集录》，内容丰富、技术成熟，在国内广为传刻校释，对后世的审刑理案影响深远。《洗冤集录》首先流传到亚洲的朝鲜、日本等周边国家，对这些国家的司法检验实践产生了重要的指导意义，形成了以中国为法医学理论和实践发源地的东方法医学体系；之后以不同语言被译介到荷兰、英国、法国、美国等欧美国家，为西方法医学体系的构建提供了借鉴，也展示了中国法医学的历史成就；此外，对其海外传播的特征与影响进行了小结。

Abstract:: Xi Yuan Ji Lu written by Song Ci, was widely collated and annotated domestically and shed great influence on the later generations for its rich content and mature technology. Xi Yuan Ji Lu was first transmitted to North Korea, Japan and other neighbouring countries, guiding their forensic practice and forming the oriental forensic system with China as the theoretical and practical origin center. Later, this book was translated into different languages including Dutch, English, French, German and transmitted to the corresponding countries and places, providing reference for the construction of western forensic system and demonstrating the great achievement of Chinese forensic science.
