摘要:
目的研究大枣炒炭后主要活性成分变化情况。 方法采用紫外-可见分光光度法测定大枣炒炭前后主要活性成分总三萜类、总黄酮类、总酚类,总生物碱类含量。 结果新疆大枣和陕西大枣炒炭后总酚、总黄酮、总三萜、总生物碱均较炒炭前增加。 结论大枣炒炭后化学成分发生了变化,可为大枣炒炭的临床应用提供依据。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo study the content change of the main active ingredients of jujube after being carbonized. MethodsUltraviolet spectrophotometry was used to detect the contents of main active ingredients including total triterpenoids, total flavonoids, total phenols and total alkaloids contained in jujube after being carbonized. ResultsThe contents of total triterpenoids, total flavonoids, total phenols and total alkaloids increased in Xinjiang jujube and Shaanxi jujube after being carbonized. ConclusionChemical ingredients have changed to some extent contained in jujube after being carbonized, and it could provide the reference for clinical application of the carbonized jujube.
