摘要:
结合文献归纳整理从第一代新型冠状病毒感染到目前流行的德尔塔（Delta）和奥密克戎（Omicron）病毒变异株感染中医诊疗方面的异同点，就病因而言，第一代病毒感染及Delta、Omicron变异株感染致病均属“湿”的范畴，不同之处在于第一代新型冠状病毒感染致病以寒湿为主，Delta变异株感染致病以暑湿或湿热为主，Omicron病毒变异株感染致病则为湿瘟夹风热致病；从最初的分期论治，到当前的分型论治，国家卫生健康委员会官方指南及各地区指南在继承中发展，一方面延续了前期清肺排毒汤、化湿败毒方、宣肺败毒汤等有效方剂，另一方面在Delta变异株传播期增加了通腑泄热解暑方剂的使用，在Omicron病毒变异株肆虐阶段增加了宣肺润燥解毒类方剂的使用，未来期待有更多的研究从中医理论角度分析新型冠状病毒变异株的致病特点，结合“三因制宜”，基于辨证论治，突显中医药治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎的优势和有效性。
Abstract:
The similarities and differences in TCM diagnosis and treatment for first generation of novel coronavirus to current prevalent variants of Delta and Omicron were concluded combined with the literature, in terms of the etiology, first generation of novel coronavirus to current prevalent variants of Delta and Omicron belong to the category of “damp”, the difference lies in the cause of the disease that the first generation of novel coronavirus is of mainly cold and wet, while the Delta variant is of primarily summer-heat and damp or damp heat, the Omicron one is of damp pathogen intermingled with wind-heat; from the initial phased treatment to current syndrome differentiation and treatment, the official guide released by National Health Commission of the People's Republic of China and regional guides have developed in the inheritance, the guides continued the previous proven prescriptions including lung-clearing toxin-expelling decoction, damp-resolving detoxification prescription and lung-dispersing detoxification decoction on the one hand, on the other, added the use of bowel-relaxing heat-purging summer-heat prescription during the transmission period of Delta variant, and the application of lung-dispersing dryness-moistening detoxification prescriptions during the transmission period of Omicron variant, more studies are expected in the future to analyze the pathogenic characters of the variants of novel coronavirus from TCM theory, combined with “treatment based on the individual, the time and location” based on syndrome differentiation and treatment, which could highlight the advantages and the effectiveness of TCM therapy.
