摘要:
基于壮医毒虚致病论探讨荨麻疹的治疗，壮医学认为毒、虚是荨麻疹的两个重要致病因素，可通过调气、解毒、补虚来通二路、调三道、调节脏腑功能、兼补气血骨肉等使人体天、地、人三部之气协调运行，以增强机体免疫功能和抵抗毒、虚的能力，并配伍止痒药物及运动锻炼、药膳等内外兼治，达到增强抵抗力及疾病向愈的目的。
Abstract:
The paper discusses the treatment of urticaria based on ＂toxin-deficiency induced disease＂of Zhuang medicine, it is believed that toxin and deficiency are two important pathogenic factors of urticaria in Zhuang medicine, in the treatment of urticaria, Zhuang medicine emphasizes the following aspects: clearing two ways, regulating three routes, regulating visceral function, and replenishing Qi, blood, bone and flesh via adjusting Qi, detoxifying and tonifying deficiency, which could coordinate the operation of Qi of three parts of human body including heaven, earth and human, in order to enhance the immune function of human body, and the ability to resist toxin and deficiency, meanwhile, antipruritics and exercise training are combined with herbal cuisine, aiming at enhancing immunity and disease healing.
