短柄五加喂养大鼠安全性观察-《西部中医药》

摘要:: 目的观察短柄五加经口喂养大鼠90天的安全性。方法将SPF级SD大鼠80只随机分为4.3、8.5、17.0 g/kg（体质量）剂量组和阴性对照组，每组20只，雌雄各半，4.3、8.5、17.0 g/kg剂量组连续给予相应剂量的短柄五加90天，阴性对照组给予同体积蒸馏水。喂养结束解剖大鼠，取血及内脏进行相关检验。结果大鼠体质量增加，进食量、食物利用率、脏体比、血液学检测及组织病理学检查均未见异常。结论短柄五加喂养大鼠90天未观察到的有害作用剂量为17.0 g/kg（体质量）。

Abstract:: ObjectiveTo explore the safety of oral feeding of Duanbing Wujia (Acanthopanax brachypus) for 90 days in rats. MethodsEighty SPF grade SD rats were randomized into (body mass) doses groups of 4.3, 8.5 and 17.0 g/kg, as well as negative control group, 20 rats in each group, female and male in half, the doses groups of 4.3, 8.5 and 17.0 g/kg were continuously given Duanbing Wujia for 90 days, while negative control group the same volume of distilled water. Blood and the viscera were taken out to perform the examinations after the anatomy of rats by the end of feeding. ResultsBody weights of the rat increased, while no abnormality has been found in food intake, food utility rate, viscera-body weight ratio, hematological tests and histopathological examination. ConclusionThe unobserved harm dosage for 90-day feeding test of Duanbing Wujia is 17.0 g/kg (body weight).
