摘要:
目的观察足三里穴位注射重组人促红素治疗肾性贫血的临床疗效。 方法将肾性贫血行规律血液透析患者73例随机分为试验组37例与对照组36例，在常规治疗的基础上试验组足三里穴位注射重组人促红素，对照组上臂三角肌下缘注射重组人促红素，观察治疗前与治疗5月后两组患者血红蛋白(hemoglobin，Hb)差值变化情况。 结果治疗第5月两组患者Hb差值比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。 结论足三里穴位注射重组人促红素改善肾性贫血疗效优于上臂三角肌下缘注射重组人促红素。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo observe clinical effects of Zusanli (ST36) acupoint injection of recombinant human erythropoietin injection in treating renal anemia. MethodsAll 73 patients who suffered renal anemia and accepted regular hemodialysis were randomized into 37 cases of the experiment group and 36 cases of the control group, on the foundation of basic therapy, the experiment group accepted Zusanli acupoint injection of recombinant human erythropoietin injection, and the control group was injected with recombinant human erythropoietin at the lower edge of the deltoid muscle of the upper arm, To observe the change in hemoglobin difference of both groups before treatment and five months after the treatment. ResultsThe difference had statistical meaning in the change in hemoglobin difference between both groups five months after the treatment (P<0.05). ConclusionZusanli acupoint injection of recombinant human erythropoietin injection in treating renal anemia is superior to injecting recombinant human erythropoietin at the lower edge of the deltoid muscle of the upper arm.
